ARIELLE NOEL

ABOUT

FOUNDER | MINISTER | CULTURAL BUILDER

Arielle M. G. Noel is a founder, executive advisor, and ordained minister whose work sits at the crossroads of leadership, faith, and culture. Born and raised in Los Angeles by loving parents who immigrated from the Philippines, she was shaped early by spiritual conviction, family, and the cultural bridges that form identity and community.

She is the Founding Partner of Goshen Global Group, a faith-forward venture studio and impact advisory firm that partners with founders, family offices, and institutions to build investable companies anchored in strong governance and human-centered leadership systems. Arielle brings more than fifteen years of experience, including executive leadership in healthcare SaaS addressing the global nursing workforce shortage. She has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams across healthtech, AI, and emerging technology companies from Seed through Series D. She frequently steps into leadership roles including Interim CEO, Head of People & Culture, and Chief of Staff during critical seasons of growth and organizational transition.

Alongside her husband, she is the co-creator of TRUTH IN THE WYLD, a faith-rooted community platform that creates structured space for honest dialogue, identity formation, and collective discernment. At the heart of this work is TRUTH CRCLS™ — a leadership framework and facilitated experience for entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives that centers authentic storytelling, trust, and community formation across generational and cultural lines. Designed in response to rising burnout, anxiety, and fragmentation across both corporate and ministry environments, TRUTH CRCLS™ applies in both organizational and community settings to surface what is true before determining what is next — creating intentional space for truth-telling, disciplined reflection, and spiritually grounded leadership formation. Through this work, she seeks to cultivate a culture where loving God and living in faithful obedience are embraced openly and lived with conviction.

Beyond the boardroom and ministry context, Arielle has a lifelong devotion to dance and movement as forms of healthy practice and honest expression. Through writing, visual storytelling, retreats, and creative collaboration, she explores how art, rhythm, and collective experience can reconnect individuals to truth, community, and divine purpose.

At the core of her work is a belief that lasting institutions are built when spiritual integrity, disciplined leadership, and creativity are brought into alignment. Her work ultimately seeks to bridge the worlds of enterprise, ministry, and culture — helping leaders build organizations, communities, and lives that are structurally sound, spiritually grounded, and creatively alive.
